Concrete footing broken at awning support column making it unstable. Suggest reinforcing or replacing the footing.
Oil tank fill and vent pipes located too close to retaining wall which has shifted and moved the fill line. Recommend corrective repair to prevent possible fuel leakage into the ground.
Manhole for in-ground septic tank located in driveway is structurally sound. Suggest requesting maintenance records from seller.
Excessive deterioration at grade level deck floor boards. Suggest replacing deck with water resistant patio materials in this damp location.
