Our History

ProSpec Home Inspection of Long Island was established in 2004 and is based in Merrick, NY. We specialize in residential and commercial property inspections and serve the entire Long Island, NY region. We are fully licensed and insured.

Our licensed engineers and inspectors have performed hundreds of third-party assessments and have over 20 years of experience in building inspection, engineering and construction industries. We work directly with our clients and it's our job to ensure that all parties understand the reported items.

Our inspection system is based on the standards established by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). We deliver comprehensive and detailed reports to our clients within 24 to 48 hours after completing your inspection. The majority of our business is derived from client referrals and industry professionals' recommendations.
